All Custom Cakes/Pupcakes require 72 hour notice
To ensure every cake is freshly baked and beautifully decorated, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all custom dog cake orders. Orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee to accommodate priority scheduling and preparation.
48–72 hours’ notice: 25% rush fee
24–48 hours’ notice: 30% rush fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 35% rush fee.
Rush fees are applied to the base cake price and will be billed separately via invoice. Rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on current production capacity.
Full payment for the cake is required at the time of ordering; the rush fee invoice must be paid before pickup.
No changes can be made once a rush order is confirmed.
